Terms of Service

Last updated: 09/10/2026. By registering for or using El Mundo del Flamenco (the “Platform”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are and what we offer

The Platform is an online network that lets flamenco musicians, groups, organizers, companies and fans find each other, publish events, submit applications, communicate, create communities and leave reviews. 2. A connection platform, not a party to agreements

The Platform facilitates direct contact between users and is not a party to the agreements they reach (booking of performances, fees, dates, conditions, payments between them). We do not act as an agency, representative or employer, and we do not guarantee that any contact, application or event will materialize. Each user is responsible for verifying the other party and for meeting their own legal, tax and contractual obligations.

3. Account and registration

You must be of legal age (or have the necessary legal capacity) to register.
The information you provide must be truthful and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. Tell us about any unauthorized use.
A person or entity must not hold duplicate accounts for the purpose of deception or abuse.

4. Free use and paid services

Basic use of the Platform is free. Advertising (banners) is an optional paid service: price, format and duration are shown before purchase, and payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal. Unless the law requires otherwise, campaigns that have already started are non-refundable. We may change the terms or prices of future services without affecting what you have already purchased.

5. User content

You keep ownership of what you publish (texts, photos, videos, events, messages, reviews…).
You grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Platform and for the purpose of providing the service, for as long as the content remains published.
You declare that you hold the necessary rights over what you upload (images, music, trademarks, images of third parties) and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

It is forbidden, among other things, to:

Publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, violent or that incites hatred.
Impersonate other people or entities, or provide false information.
Send spam, unsolicited advertising or mass messages.
Post fake or manipulated reviews, or reviews in exchange for undisclosed compensation.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data, or interfere with the operation of the Platform (including bots or automated mass scraping).
Collect other users’ personal data for purposes unrelated to the Platform.
Infringe the intellectual property or image rights of third parties.

7. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, with or without prior notice where necessary to protect other users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time; to request deletion of your account and data, write to privacy@elmundodelflamenco.com.

8. Reviews

Reviews express the opinion of their author, not ours. They must be based on a real experience and be respectful. We may remove those that breach these rules, are false, or contain personal data or insults.

9. Intellectual property of the Platform

The design, code, trademarks, logos and own texts of the Platform belong to the Owner or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them beyond what is permitted without written authorization.

10. Availability and disclaimer

We do our best to keep the Platform available and secure, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may carry out maintenance or changes. We do not control third-party sites linked from the Platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for damages arising from agreements between users, from content published by third parties, from unavailability of the service, or from misuse of the Platform by users. Nothing here limits the rights that the law grants to consumers or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Data protection and cookies

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. When changes are significant we will say so on the Platform; continuing to use it after the update means you accept them.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may also go to the courts those rules provide. In other cases, the courts of [CITY, e.g. Cuneo] will have jurisdiction. Within the EU you can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
